Choose to sign up yourself, or sign up someone else
If you sign as as yourself, the roster will look like this:
"you" becomes your name to anyone else looking at the roster.
In this example I (Anne) have signed up Stephen Reynolds
and provided his phone number then hit 
His name is now on the roster
If Stephen isnt able to complete his duty then go to the relevant spot on the roster, hit "Remove" and his name is removed.
