Moreton Group run an excellent First Aid Course, with an option for for a refresher of just CRP or the complete Provide First Aid (including CPR). Make sure you register for the correct course. The CPR component will be first and takes approximately one hour. Provide First Aid takes an additional 2.5 hours.
There is an on line component, so the sooner you register, the sooner you will get the link.
